This comprehensive course – built upon asana, philosophy and inquiry, functional anatomy, and teaching methodology – will provide you with tools to develop your curiosity, critical thinking, voice as a teacher, and capacity to instruct with compassion and integrity. For those who desire to deepen their own practice, students who are ready to become teachers, and teachers seeking to expand their understanding of vinyasa flow and evolve their teaching skills. Led by Sarah Williams and Anna Sugarman and with anatomy taught by Rich Husseiny, this course is not only a platform for developing your yoga practice but one that will provide you with confidence and the ability to teach unique and well-informed classes.
VENUE
The training will take place at JING, located in the North Lanes in Brighton, which is easily accessible by public transport.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have at least 2 years of consistent yoga practice. Attendance for all course modules is compulsory, and graduation depends on the successful completion of all course elements.
